Lee, I have to tell you that after class, my body was “buzzing,” and even though I was tired, I felt energetic. I am presently on a journey of learning about my energetic body through chiropractic treatments. My experience with you seems like another step along that journey! I am looking forward to learning more about your yoga method. I have never “buzzed” that way after doing yoga before!
