Lee, I can say without a doubt that MSY restored my health, in a bit more than a year. Ten years ago I was diagnosed with Pleurisy in my right lung. After lots of analysis I went to surgery and came out of all this story very, very weak. I Could not work out at the gym at all. I ran out of breath very quickly and sweat a lot, even after doing very little effort. Then stumbled onto MSY – a life changing experience!! Whereas Hatha Yoga restored part of my health, MSY restored my total health.
